The MVT4000D series are highly accurate, fully calibrated digital temperature sensors. Based on a proprietary Silicon Carbide MEMS technology, these robust sensors feature excellent long-term stability. With their very fast response time, exceptionally low power consumption, and small form factor, these sensors are an excellent match for a wide range of applications.
