Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

The inside sales representative will reach, qualify and follow up on potential clients, with the aim of filling the pipeline for the sales team. The candidate will also respond to new inquiries, as well as to existing customers calling for assistance. This job will require excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, or equivalent with 3+ years of sales-related experience.
  • Experience with the Semiconductors market is a definite asset.
  • Experience with B2B calling and other sales techniques.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone to build rapport and establish relationships.
  • Customer oriented approach.
  • Experience in preparing and giving presentations.
  • Self-motivated, initiator, and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Web research experience & working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients
  • Research and identify key decision makers within target companies
  • Call prospects from lead sources and qualify them for sales opportunities
  • Introduce to potential clients the features and benefits of MEMS Vision’s products and services
  • Respond to clients’ needs and present solutions proactively
  • Update customer records and forecasting process in CRM applications
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Provide sales activities reports
